Returns and Exchange Policy if you change your mind 

Is the colour not what you pictured, or the gift you received not quite the right size. Whatever the reason, if you are not satisfied with a product, you may return or exchange it so long as it is unused, unworn and in the same condition you received it within 28 days of receipt.

*No refunds on Sale or Discounted items.  


What to do.
1. Include your receipt with the item/s. If you cannot send your receipt, please include a copy. 
2. Specify whether you want a refund, return or exchange. 
3. If you request an exchange, please indicate which new product you want by providing the item description, include size and colour choices, if applicable. 
4. Insure your package and mail to:

For Australia Wide deliveries we mostly use a combination of Australia Post and couriers.  We use alternate shipping companies when we feel that this will improve service and delivery of your goods.

If in stock we aim to ship your goods within 2 business days, please allow between 2 to 14 days delivery (depending on how remote your address is). If goods are out of stock you will be contacted within 2 business days and either a delayed shipping time or substitute product (to your satisfaction) will be organised.

Export restrictions apply. For non Australian orders, please either fax or email orders, you will be quoted an international shipping rate before payment will be accepted.
